Widow claims unpaid share in late Chauncey Churchill will
Mrs. Ella I. Churchill of Dedham appeals the executors report on Chauncey Churchill's estate claiming her widow’s share was not fully paid. She contests the accounting by Ralph W. Redman and Joseph H. Soliday for the $150,000 estate and says property including furnishings, a car, and a yacht given to others deprives her of her due portion. The account covers 1914 to 1915 with a balance of about $101,000 and shows she received $825.69.
