In Dover New Hampshire on January 20 a rumor grows that Isaac F Abbott was not sole offender in a financial shortage. Reports say Abbott may have confessed to some of his children that an accomplice existed. Rev Frank K Chase of Buffalo, formerly at the church Abbott attended, is in town and knows the family. Chase would not reveal specifics about any cover up but warned against pressuring the children. The case remains shrouded in mystery awaiting fuller explanation.
