Death of Dr Sturtevant longtime Hyde Park medical examiner
Dr Charles Sturtevant associate medical examiner for Hyde Park died at his Maple Street home after a long illness. Born July 23 1839 in Wrentham he moved to Hyde Park in 1870 and served as coroner for Milton and Hyde Park. He was the first Norfolk county medical examiner with a commission after 1877 and served Hyde Park under a special legislative act after it joined Boston.
