Theodore Houston former vice president of the New York Ontario and Western Railroad and later receiver of the West Shore railroad shot himself at his residence 80 Madison Avenue in New York. He was 49 and his body will be taken to Middletown New York. He was a brother of Colonel D C Houston and Alexander H Houston and a member of the Lotus Club. His wife and family gave no reason for the act. A sister once committed suicide by drowning in New Hampshire.
