Woman Shooter Commits Suicide After Church Outing

Mrs. Sarah E. Partridge aged 52 wife of Eugene C. Partridge of 9 Fairmount street died by shooting herself through the heart in Medford early today. The couple longtime rifle and revolver exhibitionists had performed nationwide with Paleface Shooting Association and Walnut Hill range. Her husband found her body after returning from church and neighbors were summoned. The revolver was a 38 exubre Colt once used by Mrs Partridge in world champion pistol shooting. Heroine fights blaze at Roxbury home blaze at 60 Townsend Street

Mrs. Henrietta Bissell wife of Robert P. Bissell a Manchester New Hampshire merchant fought a fire at her Roxbury residence tearing down flaming draperies and tapestries with her bare hands.

Bandits raid post office as town huddles in fear

Five masked youths raided Spencer post office early this morning after locking two policemen in cells. The officers were found unconscious and bleeding following a violent struggle. Citizens reported the men fled with cash in hand, while authorities secured the scene.

Thomas Hawkins Hit by Electric Car in Dedham

Nine year old Thomas Hawkins of 417 High street Dedham was struck by an electric car early tonight and badly cut about the head and body. The accident occurred while he was on or near the track area. No further injuries or names are listed in the report.
