Burglars yesterday afternoon stole nearly $300 in cash jewelry and coins from George A. Jackson's second floor Brookline flat at 8 Flora street. Police have two young men seen in the area but no suspects.

In Ossipee New Hampshire on January 8 Frederick L Small was found guilty of the murder of his wife Florence Arlene Small with capital punishment. He stood in court pale as his brother and nephew watched and the jury deliberated for four hours and fifty three minutes before returning the verdict.
