Statute Work and Chaplains in the Massachusetts House

In the House, by invitation of the Speaker, Rev. Nehemiah Adams gave an extempore address to the throne of divine grace. Several members were seated, qualified, and took seats, while committees were formed on rules, elections, and chaplains.
