Funeral arrangements for Judge Edmund H Bennett

A Boston University Law School faculty meeting will be held this afternoon at 1 to act on the death. all members should attend tomorrow at 9 am at the law building to proceed to the church where Bennett lies in state.

Two Railroad Accidents Reported in Newton and Waltham
In Newton James Dennison a 30 year old tailor living at West Newton was struck by an outward bound Boston & Albany train at West Newton station. He had both legs severed and was taken to Newton Hospital where survival is unlikely tonight. In Waltham an unknown man about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 165 pounds was killed on the Fitchburg railroad near Riverview station. His body was taken to the police station.
