Two Accidents Kill and Injure Men on Boston Elevated
William Callahan, 30, of 10 Boswell street was instantly killed when swept from a Union station platform by an arriving train. James Donovan of 89 Arlington street was crushed and placed on the danger list after being dragged between two cars at Pleasant street station. Witnesses describe crowds pushing for seats as the incidents occurred just after 7 and around 7:30 yesterday morning. The body of Callahan was transported to Wriggs’s funeral rooms and then claimed by relatives.
