Fernald Found Not Guilty by Police Board

The Board of Police Commissioners exonerated Patrolman Levi P. Fernald of Division 6 after a surprise ruling. the complaint was dismissed. Patrolman James H. Foley of Division 4, now at Division 9, was found guilty of insubordination and ordered to forfeit fifteen days pay. Patrolman John L. Webb of Division 15 retired on a $600 pension at age 65.
