Sea Returns Youth to Faithful Fiancé

John J. Barry and Joe Lampert, East Boston fishermen, went adrift from the schooner Manhasset on February 6. After twenty eight hours they were rescued by the schooner Monitor near Georges Banks and brought to Boston. Delia Hines, Barry’s fiancée, had mourned them but waited at T Wharf daily, hopeful for a reunion as prayers were offered for Barry’s soul.

Tutor at Harvard Accused of Stealing Textbooks

Augustus P. Zeller a 34 year old Harvard graduate and tutor at Harvard allegedly stole textbooks to sell to pupils. He was arrested at his Cambridge home on Orchard Street by Inspectors Cox and Deehan. The theft is linked to his employment with the Harvard Co operative Society in Cambridge last October.
