William E. Kelley, released from Concord reformatory on Sept 19 1835 under good conduct parole, has returned to crime and served five months for larceny. He was arrested at his home on Marion by Officer Hoepeac and Phomponet at a precept from the prison commission for parole violations and will be returned to Concord to serve the remaining portion of his sentence.
