Leader Thomas R. Long of 18 James street Somerville returned to Miss Marion Evans of 22 Sewall street the little brown high-laced tan shoe lost last week. Marion's father had reported the loss and dubbed his daughter Cinderella. Evans was nicknamed Somerville's Prince Charming after the return.

Filax a two and a half year old brownish gray shepherd from Lewanno kennels arrived in this country two weeks ago from France with permission. He served in the ambulance corps of the French army and is credited with rescuing 54 wounded soldiers from the Somme trenches. He is on furlough and will return to the trenches in a few weeks.
