Two Women Claim Him as Husband in Boston Divorce Court
Judge Bell in East Cambridge Division delayed ruling on the divorce petition of Maud Eliza de Wolfe McCullough of Natick against Alexander McCullough. The judge will investigate claims from two women, Maud McCullough and Isabel A. Pease of South Framingham, who allege marriage to the same man before he reaches 21. McCullough reportedly eloped with both women, with fragmented accounts of marriage in Providence and New York, while families dispute the unions. The court will verify who is the lawful wife before action.
