Washington February 10 James T Lloyd of Missouri won the Democratic congressional campaign committee chairmanship over William H Ryan of New York by 28 to 14 on a single ballot. Williams opposed him and John Sharp Williams backed Lloyds, with cautious support from Kelcher of Massachusetts. Unanimous after the tally.
