Overseers Consider Charge Against Agent for Improper Questioning

The Cambridge overseers of the poor hear allegations that Agent H. K. Estabrook asked a colored woman named Duncan improper questions about her marital life. The Mayor attended the hearing with Dr. Webb and Mr. Danehy testifying to Mrs. Duncan's good character while Estabrook denied overstepping propriety. Miss Benson, a board clerk, witnessed the interview and reported nothing improper occurred.

Funeral services for Henry Norwell who died in Apopka Florida were conducted at the Old South Church attended by Boston and New York business leaders and delegations from Norwell Mass.
