Brakeman Seeks 100000 Damages in Boston Court
Charles Miller recovered 25000 from the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad in a suit tried in the second session of the Superior Court before Judge Blodgett yesterday. He sought 100000 for injuries from a defective link that released the car from the locomotive, throwing him and leaving him armless. The incident occurred at South Framingham on February 19, 1897.
