Fire at 31 Wheeler Street Causes Damage and Injuries
A lighted kerosene lamp was thrown inside the third floor flat occupied by George Winder at 31 Wheeler Street last evening. The blaze caused about 50 dollars in damage. Mrs. Winder was knocked down and cut on the arm and slightly burned. Police report she was locked up in Station 4 on a charge of intoxication.
