Morris Gest the New York theatrical producer filed a 5 million dollar suit in Circuit Court against Henry Ford and the Dearborn Publishing Co publishers of the Dearborn Independent. Milford police and volunteers with a 100 man posse armed with rifles and shotguns searched woods near Woodmont station for the killer of Mrs. Joseph Chernock, 35, slain at Old Gate Lane this afternoon. A six year old witnessed the murder.
