War Department orders speed reinforcements for the Philippines. Twins Born In New York Family Adds Third Pair

Frederick Gutterman of 108% First Avenue welcomed twin babies yesterday morning, bringing his brood to six. One is a girl like any newborn, the other a boy with a two tongues condition: one natural in mouth and another protruding from the upper lip. The extra tongue and palate are nonfunctional but the twins are reported to be doing well. the father is out of work and very poor.
