Bentley Rose split engagement amid society intrigue

New York December 20. Mrs. Charles E K Bentley announced that the engagement between her daughter Miss Ethel Bentley and Hawyard Dodge Rose has been broken. Rose, son of Andrew Rose, had recently eloped with Miss Rose Vasquez. Rose and Miss Bentley were both known in New York society. The couple have sailed for Porto Rico.

Fitzsimmons Collapses After 13 Rounds in O'Brien Bout
