Widow of Cuban general linked to theft and arrest suit

A Pittsfield woman tripped while holding her baby and the infant died from burns in a boiling water accident. A theft from Washington Mills in Lawrence was recovered. In Newport, voters chose 34 for the city hall and 65 for the poor relief project, rejecting both proposed constructions.
