Elevated sums up before arbiters

The Boston Elevated Company spent about an hour summarizing its final arguments before the special board of arbitration in Ford Hall. The union began its closing arguments and will use about three days to summarize evidence from hearings since July. Arbiter chairman James Storrow said it will take 30 days of secret sessions to decide wage and condition grants for carmen and other employees.
