Eager Heart A Christmas Eve Play Draws Warm Copley Hall Crowd
An enthusiastic audience at Copley Hall welcomed the first public performance of Eager Heart last night. The phantom of a churchlike setting, sacred music by Bach and others, and an exquisite cast created a festive mood as the Christ Child tale unfolded with the beggar babe as the sole shelter recipient. The play ends with a hopeful question about readiness and open doors. The executive committee includes Miss Buckton and several notables.
