London December 10 Reuters Christiania correspondent reports the Nobel committee voted 28 to 11 not to distribute the Nobel Peace Prizes for 1915 and 1918. The prize has not been awarded since 1913 when Henri La Fontaine, Belgian Senator, led the international peace bureau in Berne. The 1914 prize went to Elihu Root of New York.
