The funeral of Fred C. Irving ex clerk of the board of police was held yesterday afternoon at his Corey street West Roxbury home. Rev Beck and Rev J L Scott led the service with police officials present including Chairman Whiting Cyrus Small Thomas Ryan and city staff. Pallbearers were J Smith J P McPherson Charles Cutler and Fred T Davis. Burial followed at Forest Hills Cemetery.
