Three Killed in Freight Train Wreck Near Eagleville

The New York freight No. 15 from Brattleboro to New London derailed about 7:80 pm near Eagleville on the Central Vermont line. Three crew members Otis Hall engineer Benjamin Hall fireman Warren Thomas head brakeman died from the explosion and mangling after the boiler blew.
