Rapidly moving bicycles caused injuries to Jeremiah Sullivan a 60 year old man at 694 East Fifth street as he crossed Emerson street and to five year old William Winterson of 780 East Eighth street near his home on East Eighth street just before 7 pm. Both were taken home. the riders did not stop to help.
