A Tampa despatch reports the Norwegian bark Brazelierra ashore at Cozumel, its cargo seized by Mexican authorities. The Nellie Blanche ferried to aid, found the cargo taken, crew imprisoned, and papers misused. Mexicans insisted the Blanche sail to Progreso, with a customs inspector aboard to ensure the trip. The Blanche later returned to Key West.
