Milwaukees, Wis April 20. American Express agents seized a 25 pound dynamite package shipped from Newarty N d J to Milwaukee Cement Co. It bore dangerous contents marks and was delivered by an Am Express driver. Cement Co. staff said it was dynamite and the package was later returned to Am Express. Experts warned the charge could blow an express train or demolish a block. Package measured inches long, 12 wide, 8 deep.
