Names of injured Titanic passengers arriving in New York and taken to hospitals include Mrs Etta Deane of London with shock and children Bertram Deane and Eliza Deane. Mrs Alice Johnson of St Charles Illinois with shock and children Eleanor and Harold Johnson. Thelma Nelson of St Charles with Mr Thorneycroft Florence of London. Selina Ashlings and two daughters. William McIntyre coal trimmer from Southampton with frost bite. John Thompson fireman with fracture. Thomas Whitely waiter with leg fracture. Mrs Parish and Shelley of Butte with foot injury and shock. Ada E Sydenham Balls of Jacksonville with shock. Mrs Jarman of New York with cold and bronchitis.
The relief funds for Titanic disaster survivors rise to 250 000 dollars. The Earl of Derby, Lord Mayor of Liverpool, sent 5000 dollars by cable in response to New York requests for third class passengers.
