Anti-Injunction Bill Sparks Convention Action
Indianapolis April 17 The manufacturers convention opened with a vote on the Lovering drawback tariff bill resolution. The body referred the issue to the legislative committee as the anti injunction bill resolution drew stronger opposition than a prior report. The resolution, adopted without debate, warned that such legislation would be revolutionary and anarchic, threaten property values and workers interests, and risk mob violence if legalized.
