Brady Not Guilty In Perjury Case At City Court
T Brash formerly clerk of the Police Court in Saugus was yesterday found not guilty of perjury. He asserted that Councillor James Harris sent him to the Parker House to obtain an envelope. The trial heard Brady say Harris did not send him but a man who resembled the State House visitor gave him the dollar for the envelope. An associate, Bryer a judge hopeful, allegedly received a call about a $200 bribe to influence his appointment. The money was left in an envelope at the Parker House and Brady was arrested while en route to the State House.
