Large Oil Imports and Miscellany From the Whaleman List

A Whaleman's Shipping List summary reports March imports of whale oil 110 236 barrels, sperm oil 7 932 barrels, and whalebone 1 268 000 pounds, noting this may be unmatched except May 1847.
