Fire consumes Hotel Strathmore at Crescent Beach
The Hotel Strathmore, a landmark on Crescent Beach, was destroyed by a major blaze of incendiary origin yesterday afternoon. Estimated loss is about 35 000 dollars to the hotel plus several thousand for adjacent properties, with total near 45 000 dollars.
