Man arraigned in dog attack case in Haverhill

Nathan Brown was arraigned in the new central district court on an alleged assault against Mrs. Nora Bradley. He pleaded guilty to drunkenness but denied knowledge of the dog attack. Bradley is in critical condition at her Arthur street home. Brown held on $800 bonds.
