Fire kills two in Wakefield double tenement blaze
A fire at a Wiley place double tenement in Wakefield destroyed the upper Donahue unit trapping Mrs. John Donahue and her son Timothy H Donahue. they died within thirty minutes after the alarm and rescue attempts. John Roach and family escaped with others. fifty to eighty minutes later the lower rooms burned out. The fire caused about 1400 in damage, all insured. funeral for the two victims planned for Tuesday.
