The Charlestown YMCA held its annual meeting on Union Street. President George B. Neal presided as C. H. Coen reviewed the year. Membership reached 436 with 66 contributors. Treasurer reported receipts of 460.50 from memberships 260.46 from collections 629.85 from subscriptions 368 from gymnasium and 1175 from the bazaar, leaving 97 in the treasury. Elected officers include Neal as president Downes and Towle as vice presidents Boardman as secretary Smith as treasurer and a slate of directors committee heads and ushers. Coon received letters from district leaders inviting him to fix a date to be publicly appreciated. he named Association Hall and April 26 for the event.
