Youth thieves arrested for larceny of 170 in Gloucester
Deputy Burrill and Patrolman Hicks arrest Frank Rittle and William Multon, about 17, for stealing 170 from Rittle’s mother in Gloucester. They traveled via Boston Chicago Albany New York, claimed to be beaten for art training, and spent money lavishly before being held for Gloucester police. Rittle had prior thefts from his mother.
