Woman Dies After Crossing Rail At Frankfort
Henry A. Crane administrator files suit against Toledo, St. Louis & Western railroad in Clinton County circuit court seeking 10000 damages for Emily A. Braden death. The complaint cites defective crossing and states the daughter accompanied her. The inquest found the 3.5 inch gap between rail and plank caused the accident.
