Lebanon High Senior Class Cuts Graduation Costs

For two years the Lebanon High School Senior class has moved to cut graduation expenses. The 1914 class met a committee's report and voted to limit the commencement gown to 5.00. No hat will be worn at graduation or baccalaureate. If a dress for the junior reception is needed a three dollar allotment is set. Many will reuse last year's dress or make their own. Faculty parties will mirror this economy with teachers wearing worn garments. The plan gains parental approval and may be adopted by other Indiana schools.
