New City Directory to List Bluffton Residents and Rural Routes
George Dale of Hartford City plans a Bluffton city directory to be finished by January. The 200 page volume will include a rural routes directory with names and addresses, a city resident list with occupations, churches and clubs, and local labor unions. Dale will start canvassing names immediately to update Bluffton’s population, previously 5000, with growth anticipated.

Prisoners Escape From Wells County Jail
