Hand of Death claims Bluffton citizen Emanuel D Klick
Emanuel D Klick died Sunday night at eleven after a brief illness from bowel inflammation. Born December 13 1832 in Lebanon County Pennsylvania he lived in Bluffton thirty two years and served in the Civil War with the 144 Indiana Infantry. He married Elizabeth Weinrich in 1855 leaving six children three of whom survived. Funeral services were held at the Methodist Episcopal church with Rev C A Wade officiating and Lew Dailey Jost G A R directing arrangements.
