A certified copy directs the sale of real estate in Wells County to satisfy a decree for 242 dollars 38 cents plus interest and costs. The sale, with rents and profits for up to seven years, is set for July 2 1904 at the courthouse in Bluffton with the option to sell the fee simple if needed.
A certified decree directs sale of the Wells County real estate of Owen W East and Sarah A East to recover 349.75 dollars plus interest and costs. The sale, at the courthouse door in Bluffton, Indiana, occurs July 1904 between 10 p.m. and 4 p.m. with rents and profits for up to seven years and includes Lot 4 in Liberty Center. If bids fail, fee simple may be sold to discharge the decree. Sheriff Wells County conducts the sale.
The Wells County Indiana Board of Commissioners issues a notice to contractors to bid on the Bennett free gravel road project. Bids due July 2 1904 at 1 pm at the county surveyor's office with bid bonds. The road spans 26583 feet and must be completed by December 1 1904 with plans on file.

A. P. Kelly petitions Wells County Indiana for a new ditch route affecting numerous landowners including Phoebe Myers and A. W. Lash. Viewers have filed a report and a hearing before the Wells County Board of Commissioners is set for July 5, 1904, at the courthouse.
Citizens of Ward No 2 Bluffton and Harrison township Wells County Indiana hear an application to the Wells County Board of Commissioners at the July term 1904 for a one year license to sell barter and give away intoxicating liquors for consumption on the premises at Lot 82 Bluffton described as a ground floor room facing Walnut Street two story brick building 22 feet wide with a single door and no partitions.

Summer tourist and convention travel notices from Clover Leaf route announce group trips to Boston Detroit Louisville St Louis and Colorado Utah.
