The fish and game report by commissioner Z T Sweeney is being printed as an 800 page book with about 500 colored plates. It has three departments including fisheries and game, with sections on Indiana fish species, lake and river basins, government stocking, summer resorts, taxidermy, and the economic value of birds. Copies will be distributed to the general assembly and are limited, so applicants should apply early for a copy.

Obituary for Abbie King King and family ties noted

Abbie King Keener Wing King died at 41 from inflammatory rheumatism affecting her heart. She was born November 22, 1863 in Ohio to Catherine Dove and Nicolas Keener. She lived in Pennsylva nia and married three times to Lewis Booher and later Charles J. King, with five sisters and two brothers and four children Bertha Myrtle Verna Earl, who mourn her. The funeral was at Stahl cemetery after joining the M. E. church in Reiffsburg and Poneto. Also a note on Foley’s Honey and Tar promotion against imitations by Foley & Co. Chicago.

Lot McCullick, a Keystone liveryman, fell victim to a smooth grafter Thursday when a young man asked to drive for William Baker and rented a rig. The man returned, fled with the rig, and Baker later learned no such order had been placed.
