Mercer County Grand Jury To Serve For One Year

Princeton chief circuit court judge William C. Bivens Jr announced the Mercer County Grand Jury will serve for a year replacing four months, amid new state criminal rules. The Oct Term indicted nearly 70 people and introduced recording of grand jury sessions and a clerk from its own members. Sixty three jurors reported for duty, with next petit jury report set for Oct 26 and trials to be announced in advance.
