Bluefield Virginia hosts an open house at Leatherwood Farms part of the Tele-Scripps Mountain Festival. Laurence Tierney started the 160 acre farm in 1938 with 50 horses. Ann Tierney Smith now owns the operation housing show, pleasure and racing horses with clients’ mounts.
