Chemical truck crash injures driver on I-77 in Mercer County
A truck carrying aldicarb in dichloromethane from Union Carbide’s Institute plant wrecked on Interstate 77, Mercer County. A North Carolina man, Robert Simpson, 22, of Chapel Hill, was treated for minor injuries after his car followed the truck and became lodged beneath it. no leaks or spills were reported and the truck driver was uninjured.

School suit against Mountain Mission School dismissed
