Former auto dealership manager convicted of bank fraud
Charleston AP reports Richard Runyon formerly with White Chrysler Plymouth Dodge Jeep was found guilty on three counts of bank fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud. The jury found he profited from customer loans by obtaining sales commissions and paid a Mountaineer Credit Union loan officer cash between July 1996 and January 1997 to process fraudulent loan applications.
