Inmates charged with first degree murder at Mason County jail
Two inmates were charged with first degree murder in the death of fellow prisoner Ralph Nibert at the Mason County jail. Timothy Pearson and Shawn L. Cox, both of Point Pleasant, face conspiracy and causing death by an inmate in custody. Nibert died after a fight among inmates and earlier received hospital treatment.
